If you are a passionate Philadelphian who regularly interacts with guests to the city, this program will help you serve as a PHL Ambassador and, upon completion of this free six-course program, you will also earn the designation of “Certified Hospitality Professional.” By implementing the basic communication principals and techniques shared through this program, you will be prepared to make an impact on your visitors’ experience in a positive, memorable way.
As many service related professionals are reliant on gratuities and tips to supplement your income, this training will help you deliver a top-notch guest experience which, in turn, could encourage your guests to tip you at a higher percentage.

What happens when I complete the program?
After you have reviewed all six courses and passed all six exams with a score of 80 percent or higher, you will be presented with a personalized Certified Hospitality Professional certificate via email.

How much time do I have to complete the program?
You have 90 days from the date you enroll to complete the program in its entirety.
